The entire experience…from start to finish…was effortless working with Gregg & Jamie at Accent Electric Design. They were so open and honest about the entire process, we always felt like we were in-the-know, and making fully-explained decisions along with them. Installation itself was quick. Only a couple of days. And it’s not a process where Gregg or his guys really need access to the inside of the house, so you wouldn’t need to worry about making sure you’ll be home. The App you use to operate the lights is fairly self-explanatory…but if you’re like me, and not tech-savvy, they’ll fully explain the way it works so that you feel confident in your ability to run it like a pro! After taking down our roofline Christmas lights for the LAST TIME last winter…I was determined to find a way to light up our house for the holidays…without the fear of falling and injuring ourselves. I’m so happy to say that I’ll NEVER have to think about that ever again! And getting to work with such a professional and cheerful company was an added extra bonus for us.
